NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DATE: October 8, 2013
A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, October 28, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:
#10.0813 by
Ascutney Fire District #2 for subdivision of parcel 06-00-22.0 (owned by
John Smith) on Cherry Lane into two lots. The property is located in
the Industrial zoning district.
The above plat is available for
inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and
be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney.
Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the
Commission or at the hearing. Participation in this hearing is a
prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
