SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On Feb. 9, 2014 at approximately 1230 hours, Weathersfield Police stopped the operator, Mary Garfield, 27, of Weathersfield on Goulden Ridge at the intersection of Morning Side Drive. Officer Norton ran Ms. Garfield’s information through the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles Computer system and was advised by Vermont State Police dispatch that her ability to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont was allegedly suspended.
Garfield was subsequently arrested for DLS. She was later released with a citation to appear in Windsor Criminal Division on March 11, 2014 at 0800 AM to answer to the charge.
