The National Weather Service has put up a *WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY* for most of our region away from the Champlain Valley, starting at 7 PM tonight and lasting until 10 AM Friday for most of us.
A wintry mix of snow, sleet, freezing rain, and just plain rain will begin this evening and continue overnight. The morning commute on Friday will be slick for areas away from the Champlain Valley.
The threat for frozen precipitation will end late in the morning as warmer air comes in, along with some heavy rain later in the afternoon.
Give yourself extra time to get going on Friday morning. Take it easy and stay safe! -Gary
