Science Fair & Talent Show
Parents, friends and community members are invited to the Annual Weathersfield School Science Fair which will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 6:00 to 6:30 pm in the school all-purpose room. The annual science fair is the culminating event in science for the graduating 8th grade class.
Students have been working on a scientific investigation of their own choosing since September. Come and see the answers to such questions as: “Is there radiation around us?”; “Are Dog Mouths Cleaner Than Human Mouths?”; “Which is Most Efficient: Wind or Solar Power?”; and “ Can a Compost Pile be Used to Heat Water?” We hope to see you there!
Talent Show
Our Drama Club is sponsoring a Talent Show on the same night as
the Science Fair, (back to back, so plan to spend a few hours with us
on the 27th!). The Talent Show starts at 7:00 pm in the gym. Wait until you see the roster of talent! There are a few funny surprises in store, too.
