Press Release: On 11/11/13 at 6:14 pm Weathersfield PD responded to a motor vehicle crash on Weathersfield Center Road where a car left the road and went 100 feet down a bank.
Robert Smart, 51, was cited for DUI Refusal, Possession of Marijuana, Basic Rule, and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.
Smart was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility and is due in court today.
