ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A
public hearing before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of
Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Wednesday,
January 22, 2014 at 7:00 PM to consider the following application:
#01.1314A
by the Town of Weathersfield requesting an amendment to permit #06.2413
to allow for emergency sand extraction from the town’s sand pit on
Route 5 in Weathersfield Bow (parcel #13-02-11.1) in the Conservation
and Hamlet zoning districts.
The above application is
available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons
wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by
an agent or attorney. Communications about the above application may be
filed in writing with the board or at the hearing.
