Planning Commission Notice of Sketch Plan Review A public meeting before the Planning Commission of the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following sketch plan: #01.1414 by Herbert and Patricia Steele for the subdivision of parcel 05-03-15 into three lots.  The property is located on Dan Jarvis Road in the RRR 3-5 and C10 zoning districts. The above sketch plan is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney.  Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney.  Communications about the above sketch  plan may be filed in writing with the Planning Commission or at the meeting.
