Special Event! Tracy Medeiros, author of The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook 150 Recipes from the Green Mountain State

Thursday, October 17th at 6:30 pm

On Thursday evening October 17th at 6:30 pm, the Weathersfield Proctor Library will host a very special event at Martin Memorial Hall. Tracy Medeiros, author of The Vermont Farm Table Cookbook: 150 Recipes from the Green Mountain State will talk about her book and the making of her book. We will also sample some of the very tasty dishes from the book made from local ingredients.

"Vermont has long been considered the epicenter of all foods good and wholesome,"
Medeiros writes in the introduction. "It is my hope that the variety of recipes and profiles...will capture your interest and whet your appetite." She's also hoping to raise money for the Vermont Foodbank, which will receive a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book.
