What Can You Do To Stay Healthier This Spring?

Weathersfield VKAT members would like to remind you of all the great opportunities spring brings to get outside and get your recommended amount of exercise a day.

 For the first time in history our nations youth has a life expectancy 5 years fewer than their parents due to lack of exercise and 80% of adults do not get the recommended 30 minutes a day/ 5 days a week of exercise.

What can you do to stay healthier this spring? Vermont Department of Health
