Weathersfield -
Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle May 2 on Interstate 91 operated by Brian Paul, 36, of Ludlow, for operating in an erratic manner.
Troopers determined he was driving under the influence and arrested him. He was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court: Windsor Criminal Division on May 13 to answer the charge.
