Release: On May 8, 2014 at approximately 1630 hours Officer Norton
respond to I91 south bound looking for a black SUV that was all over the
roadway, as reported by a concerned driver. Officer Norton found the
SUV, and while attempting to catch up and stop the vehicle, observed it
to swerve into the high speed lane narrowly missing another southbound
motorist.
After stopping the vehicle and conducting sobriety exercises, Officer Norton arrested Theodore Such (47) of Hinsdale, NH for DUI #2 Refusal and Grossly Negligent Operation. He was later issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and issued tickets for drinking while driving.
If it wasn't for the concerned motorist calling in this vehicle, we would most likely had another bad wreck. Please, if you see motorists all over the roadway, please call us!
