Inside The Forecast:
New week, same old weather. This is getting waaaaay old, but again, we
are expecting showers & thunderstorms today with locally heavy
downpours. A *FLASH FLOOD WATCH* is back in effect through this
evening. We should know this by heart by now, but remember not to drive
through flooded roads. And stay away from swimming in those swollen,
fast-moving rivers!
Even more wet weather is expected through
much of the upcoming week. In fact, there could be some strong to
severe thunderstorms on Wednesday.
But there is a glimmer of hope for at least a couple of dry days by
Friday and Saturday. That seems to be the best we can hope for these
days!
