Become a Chef with our Culinary Arts program. Compete in national competitions, create menus and serve the public in the River Valley Cafe´. You'll get ServSafe certified, and high school and college credit. Limited seats available for this fall for sophomores, juniors and seniors at Black River, Bellows Falls, Green Mtn., Fall Mtn., Springfield, or home or private schools.
