1.         Call to Order

2.         Comments from Citizens and Select Board Members

3.         Set 2013-2014 Property Tax Rates - There was much discussion, rates were proposed, but the vote was to NOT accept the proposed rates.

4.         Update on Recovery from July 2 flooding - Multiple roads and one covered bridge were affected.  Ascutney Basin Road is still closed in the middle. Costs to exceed $150,000 in damages to Town Roads. Residents have had roads and driveways washed out, at a cost of $30,000 to $50,000.  The Town is still waiting to hear if Vermont will be declared a Federal Disaster Area. That might help with funding some of the repairs.
