Weathersfield Proctor Library - Mold is Gone

Our Library is back in business!
Please Spread the Word!
On Wednesday, April 8 our library re-opened after an extensive mold removal project. The basement storage area was cleaned and all the potential mold spore carrying items were either disposed of or cleaned. Our basement is quite empty now.

The foundation around the building has been fortified to prevent further water damage. And the Trustees plan to install new gutters around the roof line to keep water away from the foundation.

Anything that was cloth, paper or absorbent wood material had to be discarded. We had to discard ALL our supplies. Everything from paper goods to movie screens to pop-up tents. It's ALL GONE!

We are looking for some donations to replace some of the items we lost during the mold removal. If you or anyone you know would like to help, please drop off your items during Library hours.
