This FREE six-week workshop was developed to help people living with chronic pain.
The purpose is to help build participants boost their confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
Participants have found they have benefited from increased energy, less pain, better coping skills and improved quality of life just to name a few.
This includes an easy moving program so please wear comfortable clothing.
You are welcome to bring a family member, friend, and/or caregiver.
