SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 071015, State Police in Rockingham investigated an assault that occurred at 1439 Gravelin Road in Weathersfield. Investigation determined Wayne Johnson assaulted Roy Shaw. Shaw was transported to Mt. Asuctney Hospital by Golden Cross Ambulance for minor injuries. Johnson was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor County, Criminal Division on 081815 at 0800 hours.
