13 Arrested In Drug Busts

The Newport and Claremont Police Departments announce the arrests of 13
individuals involved in the sale of controlled drugs; the arrests
happened over several days. The joint investigation led by the New
Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force is the result of a
months-long investigation into the drug trafficking in and around the
greater Claremont and Newport area.
The primary investigation targeted street level dealers involved in the sales of heroin, crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, crack cocaine, prescription narcotics, synthetic cannabis and marijuana.
As a result of the investigation, the following individuals were taken into custody:
Keith McElreavy, 50 y/o
Oak St. Newport, NH
1 count conspiracy to commit sale of controlled drug
1 count Sale of a controlled drug, Oxycodone
Phyllis Shea, 59 y/o
Sunapee St. Newport, NH
2 counts sale of controlled drug, marijuana
Kelly Spacapan, 28 y/o
Park Ave. Claremont, NH
1 count conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug
5 counts sale of controlled drug, Oxycodone
Alan Hope, 36 y/o
Birchwood Rd. East Hartford, CT.
1 count possession with intent to distribute a controlled drug, heroin
1 count resisting arrest
Kimberly Boutin, 24 y/o
Campus St. Newport, NH
4 counts sale of a controlled drug, Oxycodone, Cocaine
Brian Hardwick, 27 y/o
East Main St. Tilton, NH
2 counts sale of a controlled drug, Crystal Methamphetamine and heroin

2 counts sales of controlled drug, heroin
1 count possession of a controlled drug, heroin
Zachary Undeen, 24 y/o
Mulberry Street, Claremont, NH
2 counts of a controlled drug, cocaine
1 count possession with intent to sell a controlled drug, cocaine
Paul Duhamel, 56 y/o
Central Street, Claremont, NH
2 counts possession with intent distribute, synthetic cannabis
1 count possession of a controlled drug, Oxycodone
Amber Ford, 25 y/o
Lonsdale Ave, Claremont, NH
2 counts sale of a controlled drug, heroin
All charges in these cases constitute felony level offenses. Arraignments for McElreavy, Spacapan, Hope and Duhamel were held at the 5th circuit court, Newport on Friday and all were held on cash or cash/corporate surety bail. The remainder will be arraigned on Monday July 20th.
Seized during these arrests were quantities of heroin, cocaine, synthetic cannabis and controlled narcotic medications, as well as over $3,000.00 in cash.
The investigation is still very active and ongoing with additional arrests expected in the coming days. Taking part in the investigation and apprehension of these individuals were members of the New Hampshire Attorney Generals Drug Task Force, Team B which include members of the Claremont, Newport, Keene, Lebanon Police Departments as well as the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department. Detectives and members of the Newport and Claremont Police Department were also instrumental in the investigation, arrests and will remain active in the continued efforts to target the illegal, use, possession and sales of controlled substances.
The Newport and Claremont Police Departments would also like to thank the New Hampshire State Police and the Sullivan County Attorney’s office for their support and assistance in this investigation and arrests.
