SUMMARY OF CRASH:

Vehicle #1 was traveling north on Interstate 91 north in the Town of Hartford. After entering the 10S off ramp operator#1 lost control and went off the north side of the ramp and collided with the ledge.

As a result of the crash vehicle#1 was totaled and operator#1, who was wearing his seatbelt sustained minor injuries. Fatigue is considered a factor in this crash.
