Drivers
on I-89 in Lebanon will face night closures of Exits 18 and 19 starting
this Sunday evening July 12.
The NH DOT says the closures for paving
will be from 6 pm-5 am until Sunday July 19.
The I-89 ramps will only be
closed while actively being worked on, and will be opened to the
traveling public once all equipment is removed from each ramp.
While
work is underway, motorists will be directed to the next exit, either
north or south, to reverse direction.
The I-89 ramp work is part of a
pavement rehabilitation project on NH Route 120 that extends from
Hanover Street to just north of Etna Road.
The project also involves
widening the intersection of NH 120 and Hanover Street to provide
12-foot turn lanes, drainage improvements, and bridge deck work.
Pike
Industries of Belmont, New Hampshire is the contractor for the $1.9
million project, which has a completion date of September 18, 2015.
