SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date, Ofc. Norton stopped a motor vehicle on I91 for defective equipment violations observed on VT 131. During his investigation, Ofc. Norton seized 17 bags of heroin & several depressant pills, all in violation of Vermont law. Mr. Marrell was subsequently issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
