SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 21, 2014 at approximately 2135 hours, Officer Neily with the assistance of Windsor Police Department & Vermont State Police responded to reported disturbance at the Running Bear Camp Ground. During the subsequent investigation, it was determined that Mr. Dimartino was being disorderly. Mr. Dimartino was subsequently taken into custody and transported to Windsor Police Department for processing. Mr. Dimartino was further issued a citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division for the next day and was lodged in Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of Bail.
