Please share! There is a high probability of snow squalls this afternoon and evening which may impact the evening commute. While the total amounts of snow will be fairly light (1-2 inches in the Champlain Valley), it may all fall in a short amount of time. This could produce a period of reduced visibility and snow covered roads in the 3 pm to 7 pm time frame. Our currently partly sunny skies at BTV may be deceiving. Expect a little heavier amounts of snow in the Green and Adirondack mountains (2-4 inches). Be prepared for sudden winter weather driving conditions this afternoon and evening.
