Subject: Bruce Fleming
On this date the operator of a motor vehicle stop along 91 South bound
at mile marker 50.0 was contacted by our Officer.
Upon further
investigation the operator, Fleming was arrested for alleged DUI.
The
operator was issued a citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court at a
later date.
