Subject: James Murphy
A motor vehicle stop was conducted approximately three weeks ago.
During the traffic stop the subject allegedly gave false information to Officers for allegedly having an active warrant and for allegedly operating while under suspension.
James was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
