The Weathersfield Trails Club

The Weathersfield Trails Club has scheduled eight hikes this summer, and anyone is welcome to join them.

Some of the hikes are of historic interest. They include Cathedral Rocks this coming Saturday, June 20th, and then later in the summer the ancient hemlocks with a tour of the John Warren home (1791), Ferry Road with a view of the Consul Jarvis barn, the Perkinsville Lower Valley, and Cooks Pond.
There are 3 other hikes without historical interest unless someone wanted to go quite a ways to the Gravelin murder site from Steve Aikenhead’s cabin.
The hikes vary in difficulty. For detailed descriptions of all of the hikes, contact Steve at or 263-5439.
