11 am Update from Dr. Baker - Weathersfield School

11 AM Update

This message is for all parents and guardians of Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union. All of our schools, Weathersfield, Windsor, West Windsor and Hartland remain in a Shelter in Place situation for students. No students are allowed outside and all doors remained locked after the domestic shooting incident this morning. We are doing this as a precautionary measure.  We have no reason to believe the general public or any of our students are in danger. This incident was specific to a domestic situation. Until we are sure that the assailant is in custody we want to be safe with all students. Please do not call or come to the schools. The situation is under control. We will update you as the day goes on. We may have some special instructions around dismissal time should the situation remain unchanged. We thank you for your cooperation.
David Baker
Superintendent of Schools
Windsor Southeast Supervisory Union
