Vermont State Police Released Following Drug Arrests

The Vermont State Police have released the following drug arrests:

As a result of a lengthy investigation, the Vermont Drug Task Force arrested Moriah Gagne, 24, of Weathersfield VT, for two counts of sale of heroin in the Weathersfield, VT, area. Gagne has a court date of July 29 in Windsor Superior Court.

Also, Joshua Martin, 29, of White River Junction, VT, for two counts of sale of heroin in the Springfield, VT, area. He has a court date of September 2 in Windsor Superior Court.

Also, Christopher Jackson, 33, of Springfield, VT, for two counts of sale of heroin in the Springfield, VT, area. He has a court date of August 12 in Windsor Superior Court.

Also, George Onuoha, 40, of Brattleboro, VT, for four counts of sale of crack cocaine in the Brattleboro, VT, area. He will be facing a court date in Windham Superior Court.

In August of 2013, Anthony Figueroa, 19, was arrest in the state of New Jersey on state criminal charges. At that time officials learned Figueroa was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant from the State of Vermont. The outstanding Vermont warrant was for two counts of sale of heroin which resulted from the drug sweep "Operation Precision Valley" in Springfield, VT, in the spring of 2013. Figueroa was extradited to Vermont where he was arraigned earlier this month in Windsor Superior Court.
