Domestic Assault (x2)
Assault on Law Enforcement Officer.

On 07-22-14 at 2151 hours officers were called to the Springfield Plaza for a female walking around in her underwear. Subject was located and identified as Sarkisian-Kennedy. The officer found reason to believe she was intoxicated. Subjected found to live near by and was taken home were the she was released to her mother. Within 15 minutes of leaving the residence officers were called back for a report that Sarkisian had allegedly assaulted her mother. The initial arriving officer found cause to detain Sarkisian-Kennedy. When the officer attempted to do so she began to struggle against the officer. During this struggle the officer was allegedly assaulted. Sarkisian-Kennedy was taken into custody upon the arrival of a second officer. While taking Sarkisian-Kennedy to a patrol car she again allegedly assaulted the officer. After processing at the police station Sarkisian became combative when officers attempted to transport her to the correctional facility pending her court appearance.
Additional assistance was provided by a Weathersfield Officer and Sarkisian-Kennedy was transported to the facility. There she spat in the face of the Weathersfield Officer as she was being led into the facility. An additional charge alleging Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer was added.
Sarkisian-Kennedy was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility-Springfield in lieu of $1000 bail and will be arraigned in Windsor Superior Court on July 23rd.
