Summary of Incident: On this date, Chief Daniels stopped a motor
vehicle due to its manner of operation. The male operator, Mr. Brockett,
was subsequently taken into custody for allegedly driving while
intoxicated and driving while criminally suspended. He was further cited
and released, to appear in the Windsor Superior Court, Criminal
Division on July 8, 2014.
