CHARLESTOWN — The bridge spanning the Connecticut River between Charlestown, New Hampshire and Springfield, Vermont will be closed to traffic on the first two days of August for paving work.
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announced the two-day closure of the Route 11 bridge on Monday, stating that on Aug. 1 and 2 the bridge will be closed to traffic between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for paving. Message boards will be used to inform motorists of the scheduled work on the week of July 31.
