WEATHERSFIELD — The Reverend Dan
Foster House, the museum of the Weathersfield Historical Society,
located at 2656 Weathersfield Center Road in Weathersfield, will be open
from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from
July 5 to Aug. 27.
The historic house museum houses something for everyone, from tools
and farm equipment to toys and textiles. Paintings, quilts, dolls, and
early knitted wear are featured this summer. Weathersfield Historical
Society publications are on sale including the new publication, "Vera
Gould Murray Remembers."
