On this date the Weathersfield Police Department responded to a residence on Gravelin Road after receiving a report of a possible marijuana grow operation. The owner was subsequently charged for allegedly being in possession of marijuana and Heroin with the intent to distribute. The male was cited into Windsor Court at a later date.
