We're getting a blast of winter this weekend. It'll snow off and on Saturday afternoon through Sunday. Totals will drop off significantly the more north and west you go; expect 2-4" in the wind chill watch (green) area.
Blowing snow will cause travel problems everywhere as the wind howls near 20-40mph. Wind chills will drop to -20 to -35 Saturday night into Sunday.
