Notice of PUBLIC Hearing for
a Conditional Use Permit

Marcell, dba as JAM Fuel LLC has submitted application #110515
requesting a site plan approval and conditional use permit for a Light
Industry Use to be located at 14 Ascutney Court (parcel 05-03-01) in the
HC, Highway Commercial, zoning district in the Town of Weathersfield.
The applicant is proposing an office and fuel truck parking for a Fuel
Supply Company
The Town
of Weathersfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on this
application on Wednesday, December. 2, 2015 at 7:00 PM at
Weathersfield Town Office, 5259 Route 5, Ascutney.
A copy of the
application and additional information may be obtained at the Town
Office.
Pursuant
to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local
proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
