SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 2nd, 2015 the Chester Police Department, in conjunction with the Vermont State Police, Springfield Police Department, Weathersfield Police Department, and the Ludlow Police Department, began investigation into a series of burglaries and thefts that occurred in and around the Town of Chester.

As a result of this investigation, the previously named subjects were all arrested for their involvement in said burglaries and thefts. Our investigation led us to thefts and burglaries in Chester, Springfield, Weathersfield, Ludlow, Rockingham and Andover.

In total, approximately $40,000 in stolen property was recovered. Investigation into these incidents is ongoing. We ask that anyone who has had property stolen in Chester and the surrounding area in recent weeks that may have gone unreported, to make a report to their respective agencies so that these items can be cross referenced with items recovered.
