POWNAL, Vt. -
Vermont State Police need your help to find a convicted child molester.
An
arrest warrant was issued for 48-year-old David Mullins of Pownal after
troopers discovered he was not living at the address he provided to the
Vermont Sex Offender Registry.
Mullins was convicted in 1985 and
again in 1998 for child molestation in Indiana.
According to the
registry Mullins has multiple aliases is deemed high risk and is not
treatment compliant.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call state police in Shaftsbury.
