The OneCard is a project of Upper Valley Vermont libraries to allow patrons to use one card to borrow from any participating library.
Each library has its own policies on borrowing, and patrons will be responsible for following these policies at each library.
If you are a Weathersfield Proctor Library card holder for at least 6 months and your account is in good standing, you may come to the library and we will place a "OneCard" sticker on your library card.
This will identify you as a OneCard patron at all participating libraries.
With your OneCard you may borrow items from these libraries of the Upper Valley:
Bradford Public Library
Chelsea Public Library
Blake Memorial Library
Fairlee Public Library
Hartford Library
Hartland Public Library
Norwich Public Library
Quechee Library
Weathersfield Proctor Library
Wilder Library
Windsor Public Library
Chelsea Public Library

As a OneCard patron you will be responsible for returning your items to the library where the items were checked out.
Now you can visit any of these 11 participating libraries and check out items!
Come in and get your OneCard sticker and brochure that lists all of the participating libraries and their hours.
