Tuesday the public can weigh in on ways to protect children from abuse and neglect.
The state is holding hearings in southern Vermont starting at 11 a.m. at the Chester Town Hall, then at 2:30 p.m. at the Park House Activity Room in Manchester Center and then at the Rutland High School Theatre at 6 p.m.
