NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DATE:   June 18, 2013                      

A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:

App. #06.1713 by Ascutney Fire District #2 requesting an amendment to final plat #01.2412 regarding the subdivision of parcel 06-00-08 (former “Kelly Farm”) at 6377 Route 5.

The above application and plat are available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney.  Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney.  Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the Commission or at the hearing.  Participation in this hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
