SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date, Chief Daniels was conducting stationary radar on Wellwood Orchard RD when he observed a vehicle with no front license plate and an expired inspection sticker. Chief Daniels made contact with the male operator whom was subsequently found to have his operator’s license suspended criminally in Vermont. Further checks of his records showed he had active pre-trial conditions of release. Mr. Laskevich was further issued a flash cite for the following day per the court.
