SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 1, 2014 at approximately 2115 hours, Officer Norton stopped a motor vehicle a defective exhaust violation on US Route 5 just north of VT Route 131 in Ascutney. During the stop, it was determined that Mr. Goulet was Driving while Under the Influence of Drug(s): Marijuana. Mr. Goulet was subsequently taken into custody transported to Springfield Police Department for processing. Mr. Goulet was further issued a citation to appear in Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
