SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On this date Ofc. Esty & Norton stopped a vehicle for exceeding the posted speed limit. During their investigation, Ms. Orourke was taken into custody for being under the influence of a drug. She was subsequently transported to the Vermont State Police barracks in Rockingham where she was processed. Ms. Orourke was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division located in White River Jct. at a later date.
