SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Ofc. Norton observed a car traveling south on VT106 at Kendricks Corner Road traveling at 76 MPH in a posted 50 MPH zone. While attempting to stop the vehicle, Ofc. Norton observed it turn onto Baltimore Road at a high rate of speed throwing up dust and almost spinning out into a tree. Ofc. Norton was then able to stop the car, where he learned that Mr. Chase was operating the vehicle. He was cited into Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Divistion for the above charges.
