SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

The Vermont State Police - Westminster Barracks is attempting to locate 27

year-old Jarred Bolognani, who was last seen at his residence on Murphy Lane in

Whitingham, VT on October 6,  2016 at approximately 0600 hours.

Bolognani is believed to be operating a tan 2005 Chevrolet Silverado bearing VT

registration "180A794".  Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of

Jarred Bolognani is asked to contact the Vermont State Police - Westminster
