Suspicious Structure Fire on Route 11 West. Police Requesting Information

At 4:30 a.m. this morning 5/12/2014 Chester VT Fire Department responded to a reported Structure Fire on Route 11 West. Upon arrival it was found at the corner of 11 West and Blue Hill Road and was fully involved. Route 11 West was closed from 4:30 am to 12:00 pm. Crews from Chester, Springfield, Proctorsville, Rockingham, Ludlow, Bellows Falls and Londonderry assisted in the Blaze. All Chester Firefighters and Equipment were back at the station and in service at approximately 1:30 pm. We would also like to thank Chester Ambulance Service, Red Cross and Chester Town Highway for there assistance at the call.
