SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On 10/29/2016, at approximately 2341 hours, Vermont State Police, conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 131, in the Town of Weathersfield. During the investigation it was determined that the operator of the vehicle, Anthony Thompson was under the influence of alcohol. Thompson consented to a preliminary breath test which recorded a blood alcohol concentration of .118%. Thompson was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing. Thompson was fingerprinted, photographed, and issued a citation to appear in the Windsor County Superior Court.
