New Hampshire's Law Enforcement
The
Lebanon Police Department, along with the United States Secret Service,
are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect in the
attached photo after a skimming device was found on an ATM.
According to reports, the device was placed on an ATM at the Mascoma
Savings Bank, located on North Park Street. The device was placed on
September 12, 2015 at 6:37am and removed the same day at 8:10pm. The
bank has issued new cards to several customers.
