Four Winds is expanding to include all students in grades K-6 this year!
We will need some more volunteers.
We promise to make it fun and educational for the volunteers as well as the students!
Volunteer workshops will be the first Wednesday of each month, from 8:30-10:30 am.
Then, you will have one class to teach (with another volunteer partner) sometime during the remainder of each month, scheduled at your convenience with the classroom teacher.
About 4 hours per month will make a huge difference to a whole classroom of kids!!
No expertise required -- it's great to learn right alongside the kids!
The first volunteer training is on the first day of school -- Wed, 9/2, 8:30 am at the school
You are welcome to come to the first training to see what it's like before committing!

You do NOT have to know a lot (or anything!) about science to be a great volunteer in this program!!
You will learn everything you need to know in the trainings, the teachers are wonderfully supportive, and you will have a co-volunteer helping the whole time.
We'll make it easy for you!
