SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 13, 2015 at approximately 1001 hours, the Vermont State Police in
Rockingham received a report of an erratic operator traveling east on RT. 131 in
the Town of Weathersfield. The complainant then advised the vehicle had driven
off the road and crashed into two street signs at the intersection of Branch
Brook Rd. and RT. 131. When the Trooper arrived he identified the operator of
the vehicle as Judith S. Robinson, age 62 of Mt. Holly, VT. Robinson was taken
into custody for driving under the influence of drugs. Robinson was cited and
released. Robinson was cited to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on
September 15, 2015 at 0800 AM.
